Children aged 6 to 12 years are welcome to attend our camp.
You can register your child online through our website. Prepayment is required to confirm your spot, and registration must be completed prior to your desired camp date.

Weekly Transfers: Transfers can be requested no later than 3 days prior to the start of the week and are subject to space availability.
Withdrawal: A $30 withdrawal fee applies for all cancellations made within 7 days before the camp start date.
Drop-in Withdrawals: These must be requested 3 days in advance and will also incur a $30 fee.
Weekly Camp: Refunds are available if the camp is canceled by us, or if the withdrawal is requested 7 days prior to the camp start date.
Drop-in Camp: No refunds will be issued for drop-ins unless cancellation is made 3 days before the scheduled day.
The camp operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For drop-in registration, please ensure your child arrives on time.
Meals and snacks are not included unless it’s a listed Pizza Day. Please pack a lunch and snacks for your child.
Our camp maintains a child-to-counselor ratio of 10:1 for children in Grade 1 and under, and 15:1 for children above Grade 1. Our trained counselors ensure a safe and supervised environment for all activities.
If the camp must close due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified, and a prorated refund will be issued based on the days attended.
Yes, photos and videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child’s photo not to be used, please inform the camp staff on the first day of camp.
We take concussions seriously. If your child sustains a head injury, they will be removed from activities until cleared by a medical professional. For detailed information, please refer to our concussion education agreement.

Parents are welcome to visit the camp at any time and can monitor the exact location of campers through the Life360 app, but we encourage all visits to be scheduled in advance to minimize disruption to camp activities.
